6.1. In addition to any consent provided elsewhere on the Platform, you agree, acknowledge and accept that:

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The venue of the arbitration shall be Mumbai. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Subject to the above, the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this Privacy Policy.
